We accept returns on unsuitable purchases.

Please ensure you return unsuitable purchases within 21 days after the day you received the goods.

All items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

It’s important that any unwanted items unless faulty are returned in re-salable conditions with all original tags.

Please remember that if any tags are removed from the garment, we won’t be able to exchange your purchase.

Except in those cases where there has been an error in sending the goods by KOSMOS, the cost of the return is at the buyer's expense.

Exchanges will be accepted only if notified and confirmed within 7 days via e-mail at ciao@kosmos-bo.it and only if shipped by trackable parcel within 14 days from the return request.

We are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorization.
 

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

NB: every product has a clear size guide that we kindly suggest taking into consideration before buying, we do not accept returns and refunds on wrong sizes.
